July 1, 2016 – Signal Outdoor Advertising, LLC is pleased to announce that it has been awarded a multi-year contract as the exclusive provider of bus shelter advertising for the Bee-Line transit system in Westchester County, NY. Westchester County covers 22 municipalities with ridership of the Bee-Line exceeding 32 million passengers annually. Signal will maintain and operate the existing bus shelters, as well as design, build and maintain additional shelters that are planned over the next 5 years.
Westchester County (NY DMA) has the second highest per capita income in the state of New York and a mean household income of $124,645, which is nearly twice the national average. Westchester County’s thriving population centers of Mount Vernon, Yonkers, New Rochelle and White Plains make the Westchester advertising market one of America’s most desirable.

November 2013 – Signal is excited to announce that we’ve been awarded a multi-year contract as the exclusive bus shelter advertising provider for Pinellas Suncoast Transit Authority (PSTA).
PSTA is the public transit provider in Pinellas County, Florida, providing more than 14.5 million passenger trips in 2013. 203 buses serve 5,115 bus stops on 40 routes in Pinellas County including two express routes that travel to Tampa.

Loudoun County, Virginia
April 1, 2012 – Signal Outdoor Advertising LLC, a growing company known for innovation in out-of-home advertising, has been awarded an exclusive contract to sell advertising on the Loudoun County bus system.
For the first time, the Loudoun County Board of Supervisors has approved placing ads on the exterior of the Loudoun County Transit commuter buses. After a competitive procurement process, an advertising management contract was awarded to Signal.
Now advertisers will have access to this highly affluent market with outdoor advertising. With a median household income of $115,574, Loudoun County ranks first in the country in household earnings.
