SIGNAL OUTDOOR AWARDED CTTRANSIT ADVERTISING AGREEMENT

July 1, 2005 - Signal Outdoor Advertising, a rapidly growing out-of-home media firm, was recently awarded the exclusive contract for transit advertising on CTTRANSIT’s fleet of nearly 400 buses. CTTRANSIT awarded the contract to Signal Outdoor following a competitive bid for the franchise.

"CTTRANSIT very much looks forward to working with Signal Outdoor in the coming years. At a time when subsidy funding for public transit operations is limited, every dollar of advertising revenue becomes increasingly important. Signal Outdoor was unanimously recommended by our selection committee based on its proposal," said David Lee, General Manager of CTTRANSIT.

The agreement, which commences on July 1, 2005, grants Signal Outdoor the right to sell exterior and interior advertising on the CTTRANSIT fleet. Formats include Full Wraps, Kings, Queens, Tails and Interior Cards as well as Half Backs and Free Form displays.

The CTTRANSIT fleet covers major cities in the state of Connecticut, with the heaviest concentration in the commercial corridors of Hartford, Stamford and New Haven. Advertisers that have already signed on with CTTRANSIT include Pfizer, Remax, Century 21 Real Estate, McDonalds, Nationwide Insurance, Langan Volkswagen and Cirque du Soleil.

SIGNAL OUTDOOR WINS MIAMI-DADE BENCH ADVERTISING FRANCHISE

July 13, 2004 - Signal Outdoor expanded its Florida out-of-home portfolio recently when it secured the 1,800 unit bus bench advertising franchise in Miami-Dade County.

The firm enters the Miami market after a successful launch of its bus shelter program in the greater Orlando market in 2002. The Orlando market has grown rapidly, with approximately 500 advertising displays now installed on shelters throughout Orange and Seminole Counties. The Miami expansion is a natural step for Signal Outdoor as it seeks to increase its presence in the state of Florida.

"This is a great addition for us” said Rick Newcomer, Regional Manager for Signal Outdoor. “Street furniture continues to be the fastest growing sector of outdoor advertising in the country and Signal Outdoor is pleased to be a leader within this segment of our industry.”

The company has wasted no time in bolstering the bench program in Miami-Dade County. With a new office and staff in place, the firm has begun to call on existing clients as well as new prospective advertisers in the area.
